PICKWICK APPEAL
Some of our critics have compared us unfavourably with Dickens'
fictionalPickwick Club - a nineteenth century parody of
contemporary intellectualassociations. We would have much preferred
comparison with the London CorrespondingSociety. In response to our
detractors, we invite you to participate inour Pickwick Appeal.
This simply involves sending us a £10 note witha picture of
the cricket match between Dingley Dell and All Muggleton onthe
reverse. Sorry, old style £10 notes cannot be accepted.
